To ensure a personalized and unobtrusive experience, only eight trekking permits are issued per gorilla group per day. With a limited daily quota of 96 permits, we strongly advise booking in advance to secure your spot

We strongly recommend booking your mountain gorilla trekking experience in Rwanda at least 6 months to 1 year in advance to ensure availability. However, we also accept short-notice bookings with a minimum of 1 week’s notice on a case-by-case basis.
